I stayed at Aquasis from the 3rd to the 17th of October in a Deluxe Sea View room. The rooms were lovely, but be prepared for a bit of a walk to the pool, and we had some unwanted ant visitors. The service was top-notch, especially from Georgia and Nilay who made our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a mix of lively entertainment and serene spots near the water slides. The dining experience had its flaws, with some issues in cleanliness and food quality. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few hiccups along the way.
The hotel was a lovely place with a great entertainment team that made our holiday unforgettable. The rooms were well-presented and comfortable, but some faced a wall instead of a pool view. We enjoyed the sun-filled veranda without much sharing.
The hotel room, which was plenty big enough for 4 people with a huge shower in the bathroom, was spotless with a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding area, offering breathtaking sunsets. The service, highlighted by waiters on roller skates and wonderful food in the main restaurant, was excellent overall, although customer relations, especially at reception, left more to be desired with a lack of helpfulness on some occasions. The location, while not within reasonable walking distance of anything, offered a huge pool that is never crowded, a fantastic water park, beautiful gardens, and a private beach. The dining experience varied, with some positive and negative aspects. The facilities were convenient and well-kept.
